About Sean

I’m Sean Randall: an accessibility specialist, lifelong text-to-speech user and book lover.

I formerly taught assistive technology, helping people use accessible tools for education, work and everyday life. I now work as an accessibility specialist in the telecommunications industry.

Speech synthesis has accompanied my reading and computing for most of my life. Retroreader brings together that personal history, my enthusiasm for books, and a belief that accessible technology should be understandable, adaptable and available to more people.
